My name’s Katie-Anne, and I’m a British freelance writer living in Sweden.  A published writer in print as well as online, most of my paid work is non-fiction for an international clientele.

On the personal side, I’m a happily married mom of two adorable little boys (Jake and Connor) who loves life and feel extremely blessed to be living my dream life.

Wake Up Writing has it’s origins back in about 2000 when I realized there was a call for a daily writing exercise site.  Today there are over 2000 subscribers to the site, and it continues to grow despite a period of over a year when it didn’t move because of challenges in my life.  Now things are running smoothly again and I hope to make the site even better over the coming months.
