There’s a lot being said about the environment and the negative effect that we as a society are creating on it. Who do you think is responsible for trying to stop things getting worse as we work out a way to reverse the situation? Who do you think should pay for it? Write an essay about your thoughts about who you think needs to be doing something about the environmental issues, and who ought to pay for it.
