This morning is an exercise in description. 

Hands can show a lot about a person.  They have character.  They have a story to tell.  They can help to describe certain things about a fictional character that would otherwise need to be “told”. 

Take a look at your hands.  Describe them.  Think about your life.  What can you see of your past years through your hands?  Write about it.
