Looking for opinions in today’s exercise

What’s the cause of obesity in today’s society?  Is it really the fast food outlets?  Or is it the individual’s choice of what to eat, or could it be that we have to pack so much into each day that we end up turning to fast food because we’re just too tired or too busy to cook?  Write an essay voicing your opinion.
