With so many things to do each day, most of us find that procrasination prevents us from getting as many ticks on the daily “to do” list as we should have managed.  How do you handle procrastination in your life?  Or is it handling you?

Use all of the following words in a piece of fiction or non-fiction.  The order that they appear in your writing isn’t important.

Set your timer for 20 minutes, write the title at the top of your page, and then continue writing.   You can write whatever comes into your mind connected to the title, just switch off that internal (infernal?) editor and keep up the flow of writing.
